There's nothing I wouldn't do To have just one more chance To look into your eyes and see you looking back
what am i doing up at this unearthly hour i don't quite know. maybe it's the thought that there's no school tmr or something, but i feel like staying up the whole night! HARDY-HAR-HAR.

been surfing youtube, first listening to Click 5 and realising their songs are pretty nice actually! haha i like Pop Princess and Headlight Disco :))) Fall Out Boy and Foo Fighters' videos are kinda wonky but funny! i'm definitely off My Chemical Romance. their songs are way too emo for my liking. then stumbled on Black Eyed Peas and somehow Christina Aguilera. been comparing her post-Mickey Mouse Club days to her now Marilyn Monroe-inspired image songs and whoa! it finally hit me how big her change was. listened to Hurt and realised what a beautiful yet sad song it is.
i found Mickey Mouse Club videos! and some are freakin funny! i'll post a few later.

watched the finale of Live the Dream, and i have to say, the judge beside Dick Lee had absolutely no ELOQUENCE. what with all that Singlish and bochap way of speaking, PLEASE. and Victor Tang can learn a thing or two from Kyle Patrick how to be convincing when singing.
I REALLY HATE CHINESE IT SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS CORE. i really can't be bothered to go and practise all those stupid chi papers I FEEL NO SENSE OF EMERGENCY! dieeeeeee.

oh yah i realise i have very mean friends >:( but some really nice ones too :]

a simple question and they also cannot ans properly. tsk! but the last ans is the BEST :))) the first ans is in pink so oh well, it's better not to see the rubbosh ans lah huh?

oh yes family portrait pictures came back a looong time ago!

of course there were more, but these are the softcopy ones :) haha see how perfect and flawless our faces are? amaaazing!

hilarious.

christina aguilera's voice has been so strong since young!

Britney's voice was so friggin good when she was young. and what did she do? she threw it away in favour of sexyness and dancing. stupid girl.

I think you know how well how much you mean to me. I think you know that I'd do anything to make you happy. I think you know I can't exist without you, that you are heaven and earth to me, my salvation, my joy, my life. ~Circus of the Darned
i think if anyone were to sincerely say these words to me, i'd swoon.

Baby you're a glitter doll (on the radio)
whoo! i attended 1st Sat session of General Conference today! i'm so proud of myself. ok right anyway, the talks we're really good.
ok maybe 1st half i wasn't really concentrating and i had to pay doubly-hard attention to catch up. and it didn't help that my eyes were in pain ok (or maybe i was just tired).
BUT, after the intermediate hymn, i woke up.
Elder Uchtdorf's talk was good. and in the beginning, he was talking about postWWII Germany, and how during that bleak period, his family heard the gospel, and it brought them hope and light. and it got me thinking, well in history i learn that Hitler didn't allow people to have religion and blahblah, so it seems rather miraculous that the Church was actually still around!
the concluding talk by President Monson was really touching. it was about how this woman, who had a son who was 15 when he went into the army (he tricked the officers) and died 1mth before his 19th birthday. of course his mum was distraught but she asked Pres Monson whether her son will live again. well considering he was only 11yrs old then but was a member of the church, he could only answer simply that yes, he certainly will. and throughout the years, he lost contact with that mother, but he wanted to answer her question again as he matured. then he told of how one General Conference session, he was impressed to speak about that mother, and to direct his talk personally to her (or something like that). and later he told us that that mother had moved to California, and her neighbours had invited her to watch that particular session. he later received a letter from her, thanking him for giving that talk, and telling him that over the years she had had many questions, and he had answered them all. he then went on to say that this could not have been just a coincidence that he was impressed to speak upon that particular topic, and neither could it have been a coincidence that those neighbours had invited her to watch that particular session. truly, it must have been the work of God, watching over a widowed mother and comforting her in His own way.

walked back from mrt and saw a couple(?) in front of me, both of them with their left arm in slings. and i was thinking, could it be that one of them was wearing the sling to acompany the other? you know like, make that person feel less awkard. cos it reminded me of this article i read in the Friend magazine, about this girl who didn't want to go to school cos she had to wear an eyepatch, and she was afraid her friends would laugh at her. but to her surprise when she stepped into class, everyone was wearing an eyepatch just like hers! many were even decorated. and thus she felt happy and thankful, cos everyone was like her!

But together we can be the perfect soulmates
yikes my comp is crazy! there's this Singtel Broadband Filtering Service, and it's barred me from my own blog. CAN YOU FRICKIN BELIEVE THAT??! rahh >:O

yay today was TRIP TO THE ZOO!
woke up at unearthly hours, did briskwalking early in the morning to the busstop (improve breathing!), sat a supposedly 1h15min busride to the zoo (it turned out to be only 20min) and stoned at the entrance for oh, 40min?
ok haha we finally strolled into the zoo, and wordy there was a big group of JAPANESE people entering the zoo too! very very cool ok!
ok right so off we went and we were at the Orang Utan exhibit, and wordy one group of the jap people wanted to take picture with us!!! and they were like, "do two ok? do two." (meaning the peace sign) [see footnote]
ok wanted to catch the polar bears feeding time, so we walked on, then u-turn and uh, stone till 1005 for the polar bear feeding time. note: we were there at oh, 0920? haha but it was really cool. and the zoo-keeper presenting was the same one last year!
then went to the Australian Outback exhibit, where we frickin FED THE KANGAROOS!!! mondo über-coolio man! their fur is very nice to the touch. and haha i fed an emu too(!), and it pecks with a lot of force. but we weren't allowed very near to thw wallabies cos "they're not too friendly."
we also caught the Elephants of Asia show and it's still highly entertaining :) smart elephants.
oh and we went to the Fragile Forest and and and A BUTTERFLY LANDED ON ME!!! NOT ONCE, BUT THRICE!!!!! and the third time, it stayed on my hand for a very long time ok! it only left when i let it go at the nectar area. and it was a pretty butterfly!
oh we were at the Reptile Garden, on our way back to see the White Tigers feeding, and a stupid downpour started. >:( that's 2yrs in a row that i've missed it! RAHH. ok right so we waited at the Anaconda exhibit, and waited, and waited. then whoo! two zookeepers put us out of our misery by feeding the snakes with dead chicks! it was really cool man, yet uh, grotesque. well anyway, they take really long to ingest them, coiling around them (for what since those poor chicks are dead already) then finally swallowing them whole (after goodness knows how long). and there was this snake who ate like, 3chicks?! greedy snake! and at one point of time, the chick was left floating about in the water, cos one of the snakes didn't want to eat it. wierdy.
ok right went back to the start and enjoyed lovely Ben&Jerry's. Chocolate Therapy is super yum.
bus-ed back to amk hub, and rested at the fountain. teeheehee nice hypotenus just sat there listening to me fantasize about all things SPONGEBOB. almost everything under the sun could become a SPONGEBOB merchandise man! and there was this Life!, The Straits Times article that was reporting on the Louis Vuitton show that closed Paris Fashion Week. and there was one para which stated the inspiration of Marc Jacobs! i quote 'Then came the clothes - a bright jumble of colours and shapes. There were pale pink, sunflower yellow, mauve and a few looks consisting of sheer layers and bunches of tulle. Silhouttes were square one minute, slim the next, then flared. The seemingly schizophrenic combinations of fabrics and colours were thanks to not only to Prince, but also to SpongeBob SquarePants, the TV cartoon about a yellow sponge that Jacobs loves.' now isn't that super-duper-awesomely-whoooperly cool!!!!! someone as prestigious and known as MARC JACOBS, loves SPONGEBOB!!!!!!!!!!

footnote
i read in Saturday, Oct 6, The Straits Times this article titled Am I turning Japanese? Time to take this test. yah so the writer, Janice Tay, who's studying Japanese in Kyoto took this quiz. i quote 'And according to the quiz, you know you're been in Japan too long when: You can't take your picture without you fingers forming a peace sign (Not guilty. The day this happens is the day i book a flight back to Singapore. A French classmate once asked my form teacher why so many Japanese made the peace sign when a camera was pointed at them. Her brow furrowed. "Then what do you do in France when someonee takes you picture?" she asked. "Nothing! Just smile," he said. The furrow in her brow deepened as she wrestled with this novel concept.)' haha of course there are statements but this is the most relevant :D

haha and go see the video too, though it's kinda long hmm. but it's still great :)

ok right exams.
eng paper I - was okay. though i realised only after that i was writing personal recount and i had 0 suspense built up. pfft.
ss - designed to make me feel like a dungball a scarab might roll
hcl paper I - kinda okay. i think. didn't know what was "notice/poster/signboard/something!" in chi, and wrote a no-link word instead. brilliance!
emath - paperI was um, not finished. they always say "dont know, skip! and come back later" HA LIARS. THERE'S NO TIME FOR THAT >:( paperII was much better :) i think the last ques was kinda, uh, heheh fun.
eng paper II - quite normal. though there was this prob, and 3teachers told us the correction 5times altogether. amaaaaazing and annoying.
chem - quite normal. though section C was pretty rubbosh.
englit - unseen prose was cheemy and full of nonsense. passage-based was rubbosh. essay was tiring. and i used to think MSND was so nice. HAH!
bio - considering all i did was read through, section A and B was not too bad lah. section C was rubbosh. 'nuff said.
history - waaay better than ss, at least i knew what to write instead of stoning there and uh, stoning. but rahh my pen ran out of ink and precious min were wasted and i couldn't finish my essay! i had only 2 teenyweenypunytiny sentences to write and "time's up!" >:(
amath - heinous. thrashy. cry. major vomitous. disaster. an all-out kick-and-scream-worthy scenario.

ok so when exams are over, it calls for some SERIOUS CELEBRATION. on-the-spot decisions are um, tedious. but yay in the end we(jm me bev zhuwei abby beryl) settled on going cityhall :) ate at soupspoon, walked about, laughed at stuff sold in this shop - had merchandise which had really cool words/thoughts written by some man - but dang ex - a coaster costs $7.70, walked around more, worried about poor hypotenus who suffered a sudden wave of cramps, ate at gelare heheheh so sinful - actually was aiming for Ben&Jerry's :D, walked about some more to suntec - went up to toys 'r' us and camwhored at the halloween section with jm (and took a pic with Zac Efron man) teeheehee :))) - went into Popcorn and found a small Hairspray poster!, brisked walked back to mrt - jm and i are so fit and healthy yay us!, and rested the nice long ride back home with zhuwei. happy ending to a unhappy beginning. that's better :)))

tomorrow i shall watch Breakfast at Tiffany's (must not disappoint NatBurn!) and Grease and play Neopets teeheehee!

then thur is ZOO day! woohoo! ok now i have to figure out where to get the $$$ from. gahmehbah!

exciting exciting! whoo marvelous!
