HERE to see it.
yesterday was rather eventful. i think. played with the Seow children for the very last time (ok not really had lunch with them today :)))) and gosh, i will so miss them in church. sniff sniff sniffffffff. :(((
walking back home after that was rather dangerous. i finally realised the importance of traffic lights. the main traffic junction that i usually have to go pass, well all the light lights were out! everyone was like, when do i cross/drive? heard this man calling up the LTA(?) and reporting the situation and apparently there was some blackout. ??? really cool though.
dinner at the Maricans after that was good. mum's lagsane was fabu as usual, turkey was super tender and super good, drank
wine sparkling juice HAHAHA. played Missionary Conquest with Amanda and Wendell and hahaha oh my gosh it was strangely fun, once you got the hang of the game.
lunch today at Swensen's with the Sis Ren Fen and her darling kids was :))) i'll miss them soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much.
HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone.

Christmas has been pretty much wonderful.
5th aunt's house on the eve, and ate wonderful delicious food. i really liked the lobster soup. whoo the high life the high life. starting watching 200 Pounds Beauty but sadly sadly had to leave. slept on the way back and was really groggy when going up to home. oh but had a MIRACULOUS AWAKENING when i realised my Axterix vs Cleopatra was like 1/2 hour gone >:( slept at 330am and woke up at 745 to prepare for Christmas devotional oo-er. and thereafter went 5th aunt's house to pick up yeye and went for lunch. sent him off and went to the Param's place. then went ahma's place, then dinner at newton circus (personally i don't see what's so great about oyster omelette) then FINALLY went home. but oh that's not the end. changed and went Hyrum's house. played Taboo and man i suck at it and daniel made us laugh so hard! like one was "Colonel Sanders" and he was saying stuff like "the guy who sells the cousin of turkey" ??? HAHAHA ok went back home for good and watched Peter Pan haha the lead is so goodlooking :))) finally finished opening my presents whoo i have sooooo many SPONGEBOB merchandise. ultimate yay yay yay!
listened to the BeeGees cd i got for dad and haha i really do quite like a lot of oldies! :))) Barry Gibbs' voice is so high!
oh Sister Lai called back last night! she didn't even know the correct country code -______- haha good hearing her again.
i love string cheese. but i never knew it was possible that they knew how to camwhore. i mean, look at the one on the extreme right! shO cUteXzx wOrZx

#1 i really
really REALLY REALLY can't wait for Christmas to come! i know it's all about the birth of Christ and all that (especially since i've gone for the nativity thing for a grande total of 6rounds! so sad it's over sniff), but hee call me shallow, i do love the presents part too. yay presents presents! but there's one thing that bugs me a lot during Christmas, and that's Xmas. what's the difference you say? well duh unless you can't spell you should be able to see it. Christ does NOT equal X. i mean the whole point of Christmas is Christ, and without it it's meaningless! bah to all those lazy people and advertisers who go Xmas Xmas Xmas special.
#2 can't wait for 5th aunt's house tomorrow. yes yes yes will get to see her 8-9ft Christmas tree! ultimate cool. and good food good food. and swimming! maybe i'll stay over, cos there's
Axterix vs Cleopatra at 1am!!! I MUST AND WILL CATCH THAT SHOW. thank goodness i've been training myself to stay up late what with reading books and ignoring my coughhwcough, and waking up past noon. i'm so ready for new year's too! which reminds me
#3 new year's eve dance is cancelled boohoohoo :((( i wish i wish i wish there was a way to celebrate with my friends. ah movie marathon again would be nice :)
#4 holiday hw sucks. "Dear Self, let's see what hw you've done so far! ok no.1 unit 1.1 of emath tys no.2 read finish To Kill A Mocking Bird no.3 zilch no.4 zilch no.5 zilch er oh dear Dear Self you don't seem to have done much!"
#5 mum made candycane cookies for the first time. "oh dear, so ugly! how to give to our neighbours!" for the record, it still turned out delicious, albeit being a little too fat and unround enough. and now she's contemplating brownies vs cookies for another baking fest tomorrow. it's good to have a mum who bakes.
#6 dad's contemplating the night marathon next year. haha kept joking about how if he can't cross the finish line by midnight, he'll have to stop (cannot break Sabbath day!) and pray someone would carry him across.
don't you just love Christmas trees?

#1 telemarketers suck! from now on i will answer the phone with a deep mature voice, and trick those darn telemarketers into thinking i'm an adult and someone worth talking to, then i can make a 360degree turn after their pitch and say in a totally bratty voice "NYEH NYEH I'M NOT INTERESTED AND I'M NOT AN ADULT NEITHER AM I THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE HOPE YOU'VE LEARNED YOUR LESSON THANK YOU GOODBYE HAVE A NICE DAY" -SLAM-
#2 parents should have their lips sealed after psle results are released. heard on the bus today this mother talking to another in a LOUD voice in chinese "my son got 206!" wordy isn't she embarrassed by such a result? and yet she just said it for all to hear and oh dear, poor son.
AND
i hate logcakes. from now on, i am boycotting BreadTalk.
#3 my parents thought they could hide this year's christmas present from me. SO WRONG! i just happened to zip open this bag which i've been conveniently left to think contains church stuff and HAHAHA i saw
PRESENTS!!! am i genius or what!
#4 wanted to take 167 to dhoby ghaut today and i saw Far East Plaza and rushed off the bus. ??!! only when i stepped fully off the bus did i realise my terrible mistake. and with that, i took a solo journey through said mall and went back to wait for a bus to bring me to said wanted station. ultimate gg. by then i was in a bad mood and when i was getting on the train the lady behind me was like pushing me forward (!@#$%^&*) then she says sorry sorry. [hello lady there's no use pushing me forward when the people in front of me aren't moving that fast either, so keep your hands to yourself! yopu think i don't want to get on the darn train? ngah!] and her husband whom i was unluckily standing next to just had to grasp the handle and wordy his armpit was so like almost IN MY FACE. *&^%$#@! [keep your arms down sir, surely you can balance that one short journey to cityhall and not fall right? oh wait, maybe your paunch makes you unable to balance well. well too bad go excercise!]
but somehow stepping into citylink instantly calmed my frazzled and scowling soul. i think it's because of the many good memories i have of it. yay! walked into hmv with a purpose, and came out feeling groovy. mood was ESPECIALLY lifted when i saw
HAIRSPRAY DVD and all it's coveted extras.
#5 this holiday season is lacking something. it's lacking rain. lots and lots of rain. it used to rain cats and dogs almost every night, and i get to snuggle under my quilt and keep warm and toasty. now there's no more rain! ngah.
#6 i am going to see the nativity thing for the last time tomorrow! sniff sniff. i shall reach 10rounds.

after 2 plates of fried rice, i'm STILL hungry hungry! (haha ok that made me think of the hungry cheer and oh screw, summit!) well i'm glad my appetite's not shrinking. there was one period of time where i ate 2cupcakes at 5 and i almost couldn't finish my dinner at 630! thank goodness i'm able to do that again.
went for yesterday's nativity re-enactment thing with uncle s, and oh wordy. the 1st warders have really outdone themselves this time! the props were ultimate ultimate ultimate pretty! mark was HAHAHA as King Herrod, what with "give me my drink" and "feed me grapes!". went round the thing 3 times (oo-er). 2nd time i was alone, haha so special! 3rd time was cos onson took MY candycane and placed it in HIS sleeve! so brought me and scott round haha to GET MY CANDYCANE which i GAVE TO MARION COS I'M SO NICE who in the end ended up with 3 CANDYCANES.
a little advertising then. anybody who wants to go for my church's re-enactment of the birth of Christ please tell me i'll gladly go with you! it's sorta like a tour thing, where we're brought to different rooms and different characters say their part. the props are ultimate ultimate ultimate pretty! then we proceed to see different nativity sets from various countries (some are suuuuper nice) and the "marketplace". takes about 30min in all. it's on all the way till sat from 7pm-9pm. my church is at newton btw. go go go! :)))

IEA THR HOI C! >:(my room is so much neater now! but it's the classic case of hiding everything under the bed. ok maybe more like stuffing all my ws into their respective files, and books into drawers, and hw into a box, and snacks in a higgedy piggedy pile in a corner of my table.
uncle e passed my a staggering stack of books, from textbooks to TYS to no-idea-what-i-haven't-looked-through-them-finish. i bet they're even heavier than a 10kg rice sack. oo-er.
driving through Orchard Road during Chirstmas is one of the things i look formward to during the Christmas season. whoo! pretty lights and that fantastic lighted Christmas tree at raffles makes me happy! :)))
5th aunt is gonna have a 9ft tall Christmas tree at her doorway to welcome guests. that's only what the rich can afford. see, a taitai leads a cool life!

living the high life is ultimate. this confirms my resolve to become a taitai when i grow up. no halt. i'll become a career woman, before settling down to become a taitai. excellent.
ate at Akashi Japanese Restaurant for lunch with 4th and 5th aunt and yeye. mmhm i ate delicious food that pwns your run-of-the-mill Sakae. teehee. sashimi, pufferfish, superb maki, grilled eggplant (the skin is ultimate), etc. whoo!
tv tv. i watched Heroes on StarWorld! see the benefits of cable? $*!@%
and i am a smart girl muahahahah. i figured out how to use their dvd player and watched finish The Ultimate Crime Fighter! ok it's 1.23 now so what. at least i watched it finish before i go home! yay me.
i think it's really funny how the bad guy, who killed 3 people and yet was acquitted in court, was crying "Why? Why must this happen to me?" when his father suffered a heart attack after the cop showed him evidence of the bad guy's evil doing. wah that scene was ultimate funny lah! and there was one part when another bad guy (the brother of first baddie. as they say, like brother like brother) was shot twice, one on each side of the chest, and he still managed to live! wah ultimate unbelievable please!
snif i'm going back to my humble home tomorrow. now i really have no excuse not to do my hw :((( bah humbug. AND I STILL HAVEN'T SWAM ONCE HERE. ngah!

whoo hanging up banner and putting up posters with the Misses was pretty fun! i was the pro at stuffing newspapers into one lone rubbish bin (HAHAHA good luck to the person clearing), jean was the pro at staying clean and being super slow, mas was the pro at getting wet and ying was the pro at ehhhhhh. ah, tying knots! :)))
and choir has a lot of artistic talent. whoo a lot of our posters are v. v. v. nice! good job to all those who did them.
ah well coming back was totally tiring. thank goodness i at least got off at the correct bus stop. and just as i was nearing, Jared kor popped up with his jeep! ultimate cool. but pffft, what lousy timing. but i drank 2 bowls of lovely soup for dinner bwahahahah. (of course there were other dishes duh). then joined my cousin in watching The Ultimate Crime Fighter! heehee it stars Moses Chan :)))
it's going to get more intense! :)

yum my cousin's gingerbread cookies with colourful icing in pretty patterns are delicious. and they are now at my constant beck and call when i need them! muahahahah.
it's been raining the whole day, which provides me with no oppertunity to jog, or at least walk out and find out what buses come here. ngah how in the world am i supposed to go choir tomorrow!

just got back from HONGKONG TEMPLE TRIP and i'm exhausted (says the girl who slept at 215 and been up since 8 and still refusing to sleep. genius eh?).
ok it was definitely a good and worthwhile trip.
day 1
checked in at patron housing and spent the rest of the day at Cheung Chau island. it was super fun, and super tiring. imagine walking steep slopes that go up and down and up and down and up and down and phew! ooh but i can proudly say i've gone through a real cave :DDD ok halt, it was more like this super narrow passage that was pitch black (we used 1 handphone and camera flashes to navigate). but it was still called a cave. hee exciting!
day2
started off with temple work and went back and sleeeeept. hee then walked almost the whole of frickin Mongkok (with the "adoptive" family)just looking for 1 cheecheongfan stall. oo-er. but at least i got my sneakers muahahahah. then reached Tsim Sha Tsui 45min early and went to look for a place to eat. yum my Lasagne Deluxe from The Spaghetti House was fabulousy cheesy. but oh dear went to the Symphony of Lights show thingy by ourselves and we just missed it! oh well not as if it was entirely that spectacular (if i remember correctly).
day3
temple work in the morning again. then went off with the youth to Mongkok once again. walked and walked and ate lunch at the first food stall we came across. gah! we so should have walked further on for more acceptable food. boo my beef in my beef noodles was very fatty, cheryl's rice dumpling had no meat, trent's 5 beef types noddle (???) was like, errrrrrr. one beef component looked like the villi. HAHAHA. went to eat my sorely craved after mango dessert, then met the rest at Prince Edward after that and trained to uh, hm, dang can't remember. anyway, we arrived at the citygate outlets, and went around (window)shopping. ok right things there may be cheaper, but they're still not cheap. a big difference there man.
day4
got jerked awake by noobcake and thaddus at 955, even i though i specifically said 10, and just sat there trying to wake up, until noobcake came in again, threatening to pour water on me. ngah! ok temple work again after that, then lunch at some university's canteen. wah their staff canteen (just beside it) looks super posh k. it looks like a friggin restaurant please. and they have a bank outside the canteens too! now how cool is that man. ok took the coach to the bbq place. hyrum's cousin is 5 and is very cute :) ok right when we first reached there we were like, errrr. how in the world are we supposed to occupy ourselves for 2hrs before bbq?! i mean the place seriously looked like there was nothing to do. but SOMEHOW, i got a good workout! what with riding bikes (that were lousy and those that the workers there used were like, so obviously better pfft), playing slides with seth and joel and volleyball with nicole (the star player! and she's only p1 man), cheryl, thaddus, mark and onson.
[i digress. i can't help but see what my cousin is watching now, and it's this hongkong show and currently the scene is about this pair of colleagues who are in S'pore and they went out to see the sights. and the first thing they showed was the Merlion. wah ultimate propoganda lah please]
bbq after that was pretty good. had a good long think about,,, stuff. i can't believe noobcake fell for the ol' i-look-so-sad-but-actually-i'm-really-alright look. do i really look sad when i don't smile?! oh well thank goodness for nicole who came up just at the right moment, asking if i wanted to play ball.
day5
temple work again :) was feeling super starved and woke noobcake up to please bring me to Festival Walk to eat. hurray for Ben&Jerry's as a dessert. went to Distribution Center after that. ngah had to buy garments for dad, and poof! there went my very last $100 note. so i couldn't buy #1 yw cd that looked awesome #2 this SUPER-DUPER-UBER-FANTABULOUS-SCREAM-WORTHY HUGE SPONGEBOB CUBE THING WITH DIFFERENT FACES PRINTED ON EACH SIDE #3 this SUPER-DUPER-UBER-CUTE SPONGEBOB pencil case that came in the shape of his briefs HAHAHA. #4 other SUPER-DUPER-FABU spongebob pencil cases. ngah! >:( ok then headed to Sham Shui Po to look for Thaddus' psp. oh my gosh we were in Golden Computer Arcade (or something like that) and wordy. one part would all be selling handphones, and at the next turn you'd see psps everywhere. oo-er. walked around after that looking for dinner.
haha stopped outside a snake soup store and i was like "hey! snake soup! my father gave me an address!" and i took it out and whoo! it was precisely the store! nice. so after snake soup (yum! seriously man.), finally went to eat dinner. meh hongkong shows are so much better in the original dialect. all those dubbed shows always use back the same voice! pfffft.
day6 aka last day :'(
temple work for the last time this year. snifffff. ah well noobcake was supposed to wake me up at 10. hah! in the end sam and i had to go around waking all of them up. finished packing up, and left for lunch at FW. haha yay went to Mongkok for the very last time, and rushed to look for the pair of flats that i couldn't stop thinking about. boo didn't have my size and had to change to heels. rushed back to patron housing thinking dang we're slightly late, and realised we're even earlier than the Lims! ok right bus-ed to airport and checked in, entertained myself on the travellator (i was lonely), ate dinner and muahahah. BOUGHT KRISPY KREMES. nyeh nyeh to those who haven't tried. it's ultimate soft and delicious. pwns donut factory anytime. whoo! boarded the plane and as it began to take off, i started feeling terribly sad. cos i don't want to leave hongkong!!! i love their wanton noodles, super cool weather, shopping and food, temple, etc.
but i must say, the view at night from a plane is beautiful.
touched down at midnight. sis dorothy came and drove me to my aunt's place. even sis doreen was impressed with the location. "wah, Margoliouth. that's the bungalow area you know!" teehee. ok i better sleep now. it's mon and i still plan to jog and do hw (finally) and use comp and watch tv. ngah i'm a busy girl.
