i am supposed to be doing amath prac papers that onson has given me, but apparently i've been sleeping and reading and eating and comping and etcing.
right then.

fhe last night was rather fabu. we finally played MONOPOLY: SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS!!! ahahaha dad was rather cheeky and secretly quite cunning and making us laugh a good bit. BUT, i was still the winner! yes thank you thank you.

olympics is over for another 4 years.
frickin gosh life feels slightly empty currently.
there's no sports to follow anymore when i turn to the sports section.
it's just epl epl epl, but there's no fun following it in it's early months.
OLYMPICS, WHERE ART THOU?
ah well, it has truly been a magnificent time, what with 43 world records being broken and heroes emerging and superpowers diminishing.
my favourite part?
MICHAEL PHELPS (duh)
usain bolt was entertaining,
table tennis was smashing,
tao li was beyond cool,
liukin and johnson were super,
that-guy-who-kicked-the-referee was really stupid,
that-man-who-threw-his-broze-medal-on-floor was kinda really stupid too,
liu xiang was ???,
basketball and beach volleyball (women) results was yay!
ok there's so much more to list but i guess i'll stop here.
it's been such an exciting rush.

mutual on sat was really fun.
exhaustive, but smashing.
was supposed to meet the other yw at the gate, but kan woke me up and rushed me to meet at woodlands.
went there and because of mt noble act of sacrificing breakfast, i was the EARLIEST.
planned to take 169 to the place but frickin lousy map and horrible busdriver was of no help at all and we tragically got off the wrong stop.
had the great idea of saying a prayer and lo & behold, we turned around and immediately we saw a stationary cab with the driver doing no idea what.
like holey kamoley!
instant answer from God!
we ran across the roads (dodging menace drivers who appeared all of a sudden) frantically and wildly waving at the driver.
phew, what a time!
ok so cabbed there (had a lucky/unlucky encounter with a flying insect, depending how you look at it) and joined The Group 7.
ahaha ran a lot a lot like >5km like woah i know i know and guess what?
WE WON!
good stuff :)
and galvin is horribly mean.
he insists i look better with long hair.
hah! at least he owes me 2 free meals, suckerrrr.


prelims have started and so far it's been quite ok.
ok so it's only been two papers but at least i didn't feel like sleeping and i'm still alive so that's a good thing right?
righto i desperately need to start studying now
dad is looking at me suspiciously
